Culture since 2004
Our roots reach back to 2004, and tolinax UG has existed since 2021. In that time we turned a consultancy into a company that builds its own software and its own hardware — without ever losing the ground under its feet. That mix of staying power and genuine inventiveness shapes how we work together: thorough, honest, no politics. We look for people who enjoy responsibility, like to keep learning, and would rather finish something than talk it to perfection.
