Terms & conditions

As of April 2026. These terms apply to all contracts between tolinax UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Oberhof 4, 83700 Rottach-Egern ("Provider") and its customers for consulting, software implementation, hardware development and shop orders on tolinax.com.

§ 1 Scope

These general terms and conditions apply to all contracts with the Provider. Deviating terms from the customer are not recognized unless the Provider expressly agrees to them in writing.

§ 2 Contract formation

Offers are non-binding. A contract is formed through written order confirmation or delivery. In the web shop, clicking "Order" constitutes a binding offer by the customer; the contract is formed upon the Provider's shipping confirmation.

§ 3 Prices and payment

Prices at the time of order apply, plus statutory VAT. Web shop prices are shown gross. Invoices are payable within 14 days net unless otherwise agreed. Payment via Stripe or PayPal.

§ 4 Withdrawal (consumers)

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal pursuant to § 355 BGB. Notice to: tolinax UG, Oberhof 4, 83700 Rottach-Egern, info@tolinax.com.

§ 5 Warranty

Statutory warranty periods apply: 2 years for consumers, 12 months for business customers.

§ 6 Liability

The Provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injuries to life, body and health. For slight negligence, the Provider is liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

§ 7 Data protection

Processing of personal data as per the privacy policy.

§ 8 Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction for disputes with merchants is Munich.
